This specification defines the Web Services interface for electronic access control systems. This includes discovering components and their logical composition and controlling them. Furthermore the specification also defines the Web Services interface for interaction with physical doors. This includes but is not limited to controlling the physical doors and monitoring their state. It also includes a mapping of mandatory and optional requirements as per [IEC 60839-11-1:2013] as covered by annex B.
