DIN 31000 VDE 1000:2017-04

This document specifies general principles for the safe design of products in accordance with the relevant regulations. As VDE frame provision this Standard specifies basic requirements valid for all kind of electric equipment. This Standard serves as basis for the drafting of safety Standards and VDE provisions, respectively, as regards contents. This Standard is applicable to products apart from those which fall in the Scope of DIN EN ISO 12100.
