DIN EN 61000-4-18/A1 VDE 0847-4-18/A1:2011-04

This amendment contains the German version of the European Standard EN 61000-4-18:2007/A1:2010 and is identical with the Amendment 1 to the International Standard IEC 61000-4-18:2006. The standard which is modified describes the immunity test of electrical and electronic equipment against damped oscillatory waves. The considered damped oscillatory waves can be produced by switching in high and medium voltage installations or as consequence of a high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse (HEMP). In relation to the existing standard modifications of 6.1.4, 6.2 and clause 8 were done.
